Auto Renewal by Default
I recently found out that Yoodo turn on auto renewal by default and it is customer's responsibility to turn it off. I was not aware of this as I was not informed that auto-renewal was switched on by default upon purchasing the plan. Yoodo should be more transparent with its customers to inform customers that the plan will be auto renewed if not turned off. I regret switching to Yoodo.

I wish I knew this earlier. I got to know after I received an email invoice from Yoodo. I contacted Yoodo support immediately and was told it was my responsibility to turn it off. I don't understand why was it my responsibility when I was not informed of auto renewal in the first place.

Suzaidee, prior to expiry of plan, I have received numerous emails and SMS reminding me to renew my plan. Some operators have a page prior to buying the plan to ask whether customer wants auto renew or recharge. I dont see this in Yoodo. In other words, I didnt give my consent to auto renew. The app also didnt prompt me to the terms and condition of sale.

I was once a strong supporter of Yoodo, especially during MCO and was a pioneer user of this network powered by Celcom! I changed to Yoodo thinking it will be better than Celcom, but I was wrong! Yoodo did not serve me well and after merger, Yoodo must close down within 18 months! Does Yoodo tell their users what's next??
