    yup, just chat with them and they said still investigate the case ( to activate volte and vowifi) and will try to feddback by today. But for now, still nothing and no any reply from them. 
    so frustrated.

    hi azhan. kena tggu dulu. mmg ambik masa process ini.. kdg2 laju..kdg2 slow... . saya dah pakai yoodo lebih 5 thn... diorg akan cari solution kalau ada masalah..cuma take time sedikit.. 👍😁 .. nak tanya ...skrng pakai fone apa ya...

    Hi, yea...btul tu. Sy juga guna yoodo dr tahun 2018 kat no lain dan utk anak2. Biasanya bila request activate volte, plg lama 48 jam settle. tp kali ni xder respond bila kita reply. Tu pelik. Padahal kita follow up tu after 2 3 hari lps request. Bukannya dlm 24jam lps request. Atleast reply still in progress pon dah ok, bkn dgn xder respond.  
    So far kat hp lain xder masalah.
    Sy guna hp galaxy z flip5 5g.

    hi, just got reply inform that dah activate volte. tp lps restart hp dan adjust setting masih lg x appear icon. mayb ada issue kot yoodo ngn model hp sy ni. Network signal kat office mmg weak that why perlukan sgt vowifi. Nampak gaya kena move to next plan la. ahhahah... thanks ya u all...

    hi, good morning.
     I using esim, so need a few process to transfer to another phone.  But if i change to physical simcard, last time on my another number, i need to request another activation for volte after activate new simcard replacement.
    but anyway i can consider doing that as no other choice i have. 
    really appreciate on your advise.
