    Did what live chat asked..from manually selecting telco, configurating the APN and restarting phone. NOTHING IS WORKING. This is very frustrating Yoodoo as I''m wasting my first day 7 days pass trying to connect and can't even use the facility!!

    Activating roaming actually not supposed to be that difficult. The only issue I experienced when I didn't set my APN correctly and not using Yoodo preferred telco partner.
    Some tips here. If you already set your APN correctly, try connect to preferred telco manually. Disable auto connect and use manual connection.
    I had this issue when I was in Bangkok. I had to connect manually, from there only I managed to activate my roaming

    Azie: Yes it"s still not working. 1 day gone just like that! I'm using Samsung S10+, it's not to say a very old pun 😔😔😔

    Suzaidee: I already did that. I selected SK Telecom, not working. I then tried KT, not working also. It is not able to get Olleh so I can't search it. I've tried every single thing what is suppose to do and it's not freaking working!! I don't know what else to do

    Seng Wai, sorry for inconvenience caused 😢. I know this is frustrating. Happened to me when I'm in Bangkok. But for me the problem only happened  for a while. Hope Yoodo can escalate your issue.

    Guys, please read all his respond. He already 
    - Bought RLH Zone A (I'm not sure which package Seng Wai bought for number of days)
    - Contact Live Chat
    - Change APN Setting
    - Manual select Telco partner
    Yet still not working 😢

    Seng Wai, I know this is frustrating. But if you have a chance to test your SIM on another device that might provide another important info.
    I did check on the web. It seems device compatibility not suppose to be the issue

    You guys should understand Seng Wai frustration. Not able to connect to data when you just landed kind of frustrating. Imagine, you can't access your booking.com, google map and other apps that help your logistic. You totally have to rely on public wifi.
    Oh ya, there's public wifi, but you can't move if you just standing at the the 7e.

    By the way. Seng Wai, may I know how many data left via your Yoodo dashboard? Do you subscribe to Yoodo high speed plan or Unlimited. As you know unlimited only give you 2GB roaming data
