Plan cannot be renewed, cancelled or anything. Contacted support since yesterday and they are unable to provide a solution. First they assumed was due to new phone as the app crashes when trying to cancel auto renewal ( zfold 5) .
Tried with ancient note 10+ also having same issue.
Few hours later, can proceed to renewal page and select plan.But upon summiting will show error again.
