    If you have no internet connection first please open your Yoodo app. Once open Yoodo app please select your line and see if it still active. If it still active do you have any data available? If no, you may need to purchase additional data.
    If your plan is inactive, you may need to renew it. Just choose any plan that suits you

    If you subscribe to unlimited plan, sorry to inform you currently Yoodo unlimited plan don't support 5G connection.
    Oh ya, as Iqbal mentioned. You need to select 5G when you choose your plan for it to be active. Additional cost may incur for you to use 5G plan.
