    Already reached live support at first place but they can't settle this issue. Tried using different number with different telco and working fine and when change back to yoodo again cannnot receive. Will MNP to different telco soon. Thanks all

    Are you just MNP or port in Yoodo recently?

    Sometime telcos need 3-5 working days to update different SMS house, perhaps this is the reason you haven't receive TAC yet.

    Yes mnp but no clear words from yoodoo team so its better to move since its effecting my work related things.

    Yoodo support many type of sms, my tac code from alipay app, taobao receive after 2days of mnp. Patience is needed after mnp from every telco.

    if mnp to another telco again, you have to wait another 2 or 3 days or more to receive tac code. Feel free to change, good luck.

    Bab payment dan topup ni elok segera berhubung dengan khidmat pelanggan Yoodo melalui Livechat.. boleh website melalui website atau aplikasi Yoodo, pada bahagian Bantuan > butang Livechat ada dibawah > tekan dan Hi dengan bot, masukkan maklumat yang Bot minta dan seterusnya tunggu sehingga kakitangan bantuan Yoodo masuk dan respon chat.

    If your just port in to New Telco, you must SMS this... type:

    UPDATE  and send to 66300

    i have the same issue, and i found out this settle my problem immediately. Even though Telco & Bank both unable to give me the solution. By right both telco & bank must knowledge on this.
