SIM Replacement Guide With Pictures(Physical SIM)

 1. Go to Yoodo app. Click on Manage lines at the top right side of the homepage in the Yoodo app.

2. After that click "Activate a SIM"



3. After that click "Replacement SIM"



4. Please click on Physical SIM.

5. Please enter the new SIM card's 18 digit SIM serial number



6. Please select the number you want to replace the SIM


7. Resubmit your ID and selfie for verification and wait 90 seconds for it to complete. After that once ID verification is a success you can use your new SIM card.
