If you are still having issues with roaming, you may follow the steps below 😊
1. Please turn off and turn on your GPS/Location.
2. Please check if your Access Point Name (APN) changed to yoodo (all in lower case)
2.1 . Create new APN and fill yoodo in "Name" and "APN" column. (Only for Android devices)
3. Please check if your data roaming is turned on.
4. Please manually search your network partner. (Provide NP )
5. Please select your preferred network.

By the way, may I know which country you visited?
Through my experience, I had an issue when visited Singapore. But after. that I learned few steps that help me to have smooth roaming experience. And so far no issue when visited other countries
1. Purchase roaming before travel.
2. Change APN to Yoodo
3. Connect with roaming partner. If can't automatically, have to do it manually
