    Hi,

     

    I had reported this issue every day thru live chat, and still, the response is 'network team is checking'. It is ridiculous until a week still not solved.

    Hi, sudah cuba tukar sim baru? Atau test pada phone lain menggunakan sim sama? saya hanya cuba membantu.. maafkan saya jika saya lari dari konteks

    1- May i know.. have you ask livechat team to reset your line? 

    2- If yes, and you still having the issue.. i suggest you do SIM replacement, you can order free from Yoodo website or app.. let see if it work or still same

     

    Please check this also:

    Go to your phone setting > if have Volte please turn it on

    At Preferred network mode > choose LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto)> dont' choose single network for example: LTE (only).

    already do all the things, reset sim, restart phone, change the sim, reset network but it still the same. when i reach them at live chat, they said they need to check with tech team. but until now nothing happen. i will deactive this number if this problem cannot be solve. very disappointed.
