    Does it happen only  in 1 area ? Have you tried in other areas ? Yoodo is running on Celcom , sometimes I've experienced disconnect or line drop to 2g EDGE but most of the time it's been okay. 
    There's also the possibility of faulty phone hardware causing this.

    Hi MUKHRIZ NAIM BINMOHAMAD SHAFIEE you ada try tukar sim ke phone lain x? Sometimes it could also be the phone, issue with its hardware.

    Hmmm, symptoms really sound like phone problem, rather than line problem. Good to check by swapping sim to another phone.

    try tukar apn.. bos area mana ya.. ada check di coverage..kot2 ada update..ada problem

    Cuba tukar sim baru.. order new SIM card and replace if all suggestion above didn't work. Again so sorry to see your issue.

    Yes, you should complain MCMC.

    They bring down 3G in the country to give way to 5G, now ends up no more 3G but 5G is very slow in catching up.

    So, if your 4G signal is not strong, you straight away gone down to 2G EDGE. Last time you still have 3G HSDPA, HSPA+, ...
