Yoodo Unable to use iMessage & Facetime

Salam, two of this threads in the community discussing about issue with iMessage. But most of them have no concrete reasons why it suddenly works. But maybe you can look into it.

Saya menggunakan iPhone 12. Semua settings dan troubleshoot telah buat. Reset network, reset all settings, erase phone. Currently tengah tunggu senior supervisor dari Apple untuk check. Dia akan call hari Ahad ni. First time jadi macam ni. Kalau masih sama terpaksa port out yoodo dan guna telco lain.

Cara saya adalah
1. Troubleshoot dahulu turn on/off iMessage/Facetime.
2. Turn off iM/FT then sign out/sign in iCloud dekat iPhone, lepas tu try Turn on semula iM/FT.
3. Reset network/reset all settings.Kalau 4 dekat atas masih tidak menjadi cuma erase iPhone.
1. Backup iPhone dekat iCloud.
2. Request dahulu siap2 replacement eSim.
3. Turn off dahulu iM/FT & erase iPhone.
4. Erase iPhone sekali eSim.Ini cara saya buat and it work 🤣
