    Mungkin ramai sangat users in the area , network tak boleh fully support all users.
    Could also be problem with phone , hardware or software issue. Some phones have problems running dual 4G mode , try use only 1 sim  or disable dual 4G mode.

    Salam Naim. Another solution or toubleshooting. You can try insert the SIM on other device and see how it goes.

  • Try masukkan sim kat device lain.kalau masalah masih sama jugak memang line tempat anda ada masalah.boleh laporkan pada ejen live chat
