I am using Hotlink maxis and like to port over to yodoo and retain my existing number. How to port over to yoodo?

  order sim.. pastu bila dtg sim.. aktifkan . masa nak choose no lama.. ada bahagian masuk kan no lama.. tggl masuk pastu bayar plan yg nak diguna .. dah berjaya aktif .. tggu sms Dari sim lama . balas sms..port out .kalau berjaya port out .baru msuk sim yoodo yg baru ..

  msuk code pxrnn6236 sekira nya kalau pertama kali Guna.untuk dpt kan 7gb.. apa2  pertanyaan boleh tanya lagi

  if first time using and register yoodo , suggest buy the normal voice plan , then using the free welcome DATA , so with RM5 can try out the performance at your area  , after use out , can renew/add data anytime .

  Try to follow this steps

   Sebelum anda mula, pastikan jawapan anda untuk soalan-soalan ini adalah “ya”:

  1. Adakah akaun bimbit anda masih aktif?

  2. Adakah anda masih terikat dengan apa-apa kontrak?

  3. Sudahkah anda langsaikan tunggakan anda dengan pembekal talian anda?

  4. Jika anda ada talian-talian tambahan selain talian utama anda, adakah anda perlu pindahkan talian-talian tersebut berasingan? Sekarang, kita boleh teruskan:

  Langkah 1: Sewaktu pendaftaran, jangan pilih nombor baru anda. Sebaliknya, masukkan nombor yang ingin anda pindahkan. Sekarang, tunggu SIM anda tiba.

  Hi OOI KAR AUN 

  To port over to Yoodo and retain your existing number, you can follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your Hotlink Maxis account is active and your number is eligible for porting. You can check your eligibility by sending an SMS to 59000 with the word "MNP <10-digit mobile number>".

  2. Sign up for a Yoodo account by this LINK

  3. In the Yoodo app, select "Keep My Number" and enter your Hotlink Maxis number.

  4. Follow the steps to complete your registration and choose a Yoodo plan.

  5. Wait for a confirmation SMS from Yoodo that your port-in request has been approved.

  6. Insert your new Yoodo SIM card into your phone and activate it.

  7. Once your Yoodo SIM card is activated, your Hotlink Maxis number will be ported over to Yoodo.

  The entire porting process typically takes between 24 to 48 hours. During this time, you may experience temporary service disruption or downtime, so it's best to avoid making any important calls or sending messages until the porting is complete.
