Hi, have anyone experience roaming in France? could you guys share the experience?

will be there for business trip, really looking for a  seamless communication experience.

  Hi MOHO FIQRI BIN MOHD HANAFI,

  You need to buy high speed data plan and RLH pass before boarding, once landing it'll auto connect to roaming telco. (Make sure reboot your phone after landing)

  1. Buy 20gb promo data rm20 will do, unlimited plan not available for roaming.

  2. Make sure your apn change to Yoodo, https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/articles/360011712553-How-do-i-change-my-APN-settings-

  3. Before boarding, you can buy advance Zone B, RLH pass first. https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/articles/115004831554-Which-countries-is-Roam-Like-Home-available-in-

  4, Once landing, either reboot phone (some phone model required reboot) or manual connect to roaming partner which is Orange/SFR.

  Roaming pass and 20gb can renew anytime if you need more later.

  First, you must ensure that your Roam Like Home Pass by Yoodo is approved. In terms of network coverage, it depends on the local network provider in France.

  But, do anyone care to share the experience roaming in france? Any trouble?

  Roaming in thailand was well and good experience for me,

  However in izmir, turkey 2019, the roaming experience was not very good, the connection was limited and data was not smooth,

  Anyone care to share roaming experience in france, i’ll be in nancy

  roaming experience..nov 2022 in Saudi was perfect. roaming in dubai feb 2023& saudi feb-march 2023; can only use sms, whatsapp.chrome/ google/uber/ yoodo app is not possible. when arrive in Msia..the problem continue. i am still using the same phone since 2022.

  Update from france

  Data connection is smooth, calling out is also problem free, only I am unable to receive calls whilst roaming. The call will come in & the moment I picked it up the call ended. Making a call back to Malaysia is not a problem only with receiving calls.

  Anyone have had the same problem?

  Any clarification from yoodo?

  I suggest change another telco, and report to yoodo livechat to follow up.

  If change another telco, mean change roaming partner, done that both on orange and sfr, and both can’t receive call
