    i am also having this problem with yoodo. cannot use chrome, cant access all app except whatsapp. it stated no internet connection. had whatsapp yoodo. its been 24hrs but yet to be resolved.

    Salam Aishah. Sorry for any inconveniences caused. Yes, as others mentioned please report to Yoodo vua live chat. By the way, can you access your internet via other app, such as YouTube, Instagram, etc...
    Also, you may check via Yoodo app if your data or plan still active.

    wasalam...had reported via live chat as well as whatsapp. still waiting for for yoodo to resolve the issue of no internet connection. i can use my whatsapp, telegram n instagram only. google chrome, youtube, grab, yoodo app n waze are the norm apps that i usually used cant be connected. subscribed to high speed using samsung s22 ultra. it started when i was away to UAE and Saudi. while roaming can only used those 3 apps. back in Malaysia, still the same
