5g not available on my phone after selecting 5gb trial pass
AnsweredI have bought data with 5g trial pass and yet my phone does not show 5g despite switching over to 5g/4g/3g (auto) several times. Tried restarting phone still the same. 5g is available in my area according to the coverage map. May I ask what 5g band is yoodo/celcom using at the moment? Perhaps my phone does not support the band? Thanks for any help.
