  Boleh tahu guna phone apa dan APN setting?.. cuba tukar ke Yoodo APN..

  dah pernah adukan ke livechat. tak membantu sangat pun haha

  ni jawapan dia: "Okay the issue is, you will will receive low 4G coverage indoor due to customer location is far from the base station. We have sent request for upgrading proposal, however we are unable to confirm on when it is going to be done"

  the thing is, sebelum2 ni dia OK, tiba2 bila getting worse, sekarang dia jauh dari base station? 🤷‍♀️

  the most they can do is to reset network (or connection? tak ingat), dan sebagai pengguna boleh cuba on/off flight mode.

  ...

  rindu kat 3G. siapa lah yang genius buang 3G sedangkan 4G pun tak sempurna lagi. sekurang-kurangnya dulu2 boleh lagi paksa guna 3G kalau capaian tak bagus haha

  try pakai apn yoodo.. so far saya pakai ok.. kadang2 saya pakai dns 1.1.1.1  untuk stabil kan line.. aps boleh cari di android playstore...
