Reaching for customer service for 3 days - SIM card is still not active due to tech department issue. (Till this moment I’m still chatting with customer service - no respond)
However Hafiz (customer service team) promised to refund as a solution BUT now he is missing in action on my chat box
Did not received any email for state refund either my chat was leave it ignored

Telco usually give a specific timeline to respond to your MNP request. But from your situation it's not clear what causes your situation. Is it MNP or you trying to register new line?
Usually new line registration is very fast with no issue except for ID verification.
Failure of MNP also can be lots of factors. Contract, line not active, outstanding bill, supplementary line, etc... -

Pada pengalaman saya, Alhamdulillah setakat ni live chat / customer service Yoodo sentiasa akan respond pada pelanggan. Hanya masalah masalah utama yang kena rujuk pada pihak atasan atau Celcom (masalah network) akan mengambil masa.
