maybe don't have sms plan ? can try chat with customer care via apps

I'm subsribe to sms plan and it still cant. Will try to contact Customer care then.

Bro can livechat like Ong advice ya..

and actually 62000 is not support with Yoodo, only can send to a few SMS shortcode listed here: https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/articles/360038536653-What-shortcodes-can-I-send-SMSes-to-
