    Some questions

    > Phone model? Support VoLTE?

    > Have you ask CS to reset your network? if not yet, can chat with them 

    > Try change your APN to Yoodo, can follow the steps at this link: https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/articles/360011712553-How-do-i-change-my-APN-settings-

    Also, you may try either reset your phone or change your SIM card.

    Yes may be you can try to do Sim card replacement.

    There is somebody facing same problem recently.

    Best is to live chat with Yoodo agent to find out the issue.

    I have tried all the methods adviced except sim card replacement. But the thing is, many ppl are facing the same issues so I'm wondering will sim replacement solve the issue or is it Celcom service issue? 

    Still no concrete updates/solutions given by live chat agents yet. I've been following up for the past week and it's so frustrating.
