Outgoing Call Issue - Disconnection
Just wondering if anyone here is facing line disconnection issues? Eg, if make outgoing call, it will auto-disconnect by itself after few seconds and it's not consistent? Already checked with CS but no solutions given up till now and it has been more than 1 week after all the troubleshoots. The last I remembered facing this issue was when Celcom line was down. Came here as my last hope bfr deciding whether I should terminate this line or not ☹️

I have tried all the methods adviced except sim card replacement. But the thing is, many ppl are facing the same issues so I'm wondering will sim replacement solve the issue or is it Celcom service issue?Still no concrete updates/solutions given by live chat agents yet. I've been following up for the past week and it's so frustrating.
