    Was your issue resolved?  This was the team's response to me : got a lot of users around my area and tower needs to be upgraded. This can take 6 months but it's not considered a service disruption by Yodoo. Technically, it means like we are expected to just deal with this problem. So frustrated as I've been supporting Yodoo for so long.
