activate sim using old number

i cannot activated my sim. i already paid for my plan,but after i done payment and try to activated its error ' its look like the number you have selected is no longer available. Please go back and reselect'. Please help me. Thank You. i try to switch from tune talk to yoodo

  you only can use old number that still alive , mean still can received call , also can call out .

  if the old number already been terminate , it cannot use to activated yoodo .

  if not this problem , can get help from live chat
