Unable to complete Yoodo SIM purchase with Singapore credit card

Hello Yoodo, 

I am arriving to KL on 21st Dec 2022 at about 12pm. 

I bought a property at 283 Jalan Ampang, M Suite. 

I registered for a Yoodo 4G SIM but cannot complete the purchase with any of my HSBC Malaysia Visa Debit card; HSBC Singapore Visa Revolution card, DBS Singapore Platinum Mastercard or CIMB Singapore Via Signature card. 

Please reply soonest and help me. I want to receive and use my Yoodo 4G SIM card tomorrow.
