    Sir Lai Fong Wah, this is not applying to you but in my experience lah, my Mycard is not the same when i first register and port out or port in in the next Telco. Too assurance, please contact LIVE CHAT. now is 8:34 a.m. , Live Chat open at 9:00 a.m. Live Chat agent will assist you through the process.

    and and and just in case please save the ticket number that live agent send to your email. easy for next conversation if you get different agents just paste the ticket number in the Chat. Screenshot also helpful. no need to explain again and again lah hahaha..
