Fail to Activate SIM Card with Selected num

Received my yoodo SIM card with pre-selected number,

but when I do activation, it pop-out "Oops, that number isn't available."

Follow the step from customer services Live Chat, but problem still not resolve...

What should i do ?

  Hi Yoodo Guest,

  Do you mean choose your prefer number or any number? Or activate with your own number?

  Check your Yoodo apps version. May be try to update it. Or may be you can activate Sim on another smartphone.

   

  For new user activate Sim with promo code will get free 7GB high speed data.

  if number not available definitely you can't activate it. You need to choose any available number. You can set your preferred 4 digits number for the system to give you few suggestions.

  sometime maybe at the same time , still other people also search and found the same number you choose , then he faster then you active it , so when you try to active , it say the number not available , got try choose other good number provide by yoodo apps ?

  If you did reply old telco sms, then you should get active sim status thru email within next 48 hours.
