Why can't I get roaming while I am at Singapore 

I have activated data and roaming which I purchased earlier

  to use your roaming service, you need to change your mobile data APN setting.. please follow the instructions at this link: https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/articles/360011712553-How-do-i-change-my-APN-settings-

  Got it going by changing APN to yoodo
