Wifi calling not available

Hi there, I've just ported in from Celcom. However, my newly activated sim card doesn't support Wifi Calling? Weirdly enough, when I try with another yoodo sim card, wifi calling is available just fine. Do I have to wait for the sim card to finally pick up wifi calling? 🥹🥹 am using Samsung Galaxy S22+ with latest firmware update. Before this, Celcom Wifi Calling works just fine. I am really depended on wifi calling, if wifi calling is not available on this newly activated sim, think I have to port out to Celcom again.

  Yes Samsung S22+ support VoWifi.. do report with Yoodo Live agents tomorrow morning for further assist ya.

  Salam Amin. Yoodo support VoWifi. As Aslam mentioned, you may need to contact LIve Chat. Just use the live chat function via Yoodo app or at the bottom of Yoodo website.

  thanks ya everyone..contacted cs, turns out my sim has not been activated with volte. Need to wait 24-48 hours
