    Talked to live chat already, thanks to your advise BEH TONG YU.
    They will escalate this matter and gets me updated within 24 hours(perhaps).
     hope this will helps others in the future.

    Salam Wafi. Glad that live chat can assist you on this. This happen once in a while. I'm not sure why. Happened to me before with other add on. But one great thing was that, Yoodo live chat reacted fast to my complaint and managed to rectify it.

    Azie never mind, happens already. cuma tula. seram base data dah susut separuh(purchase 20GB) tu yang jadi concern. saya suka dengar lagu while driving n walking, then I subs for spotify add-on(and other streaming add-ons). Hope can helps me reclaim back deduction on base data and replace with respective add-on instead.

    Wafi, saya contact via live chat. Mereka terus siasat. Dalam masa beberapa minit selesai. Tapi saya tak ingat samada masa tu saya dapat credit atau mereka adjust balik data saya.

    SUZAIDEE BIN MOHD SHOM roger that. harap2 dapat sedikit redemption pun ok dah. by, right, penggunaan data kita ada dalam rekod yoodo kan since they in the first place provide the add-ons and automatically deducted for every usage.

    happened to me as well few month back. but yoodo's "professional" and "trained" support didn't even bother to reply to me. waste money buy add on but deduct your data anyway
