    Cara terbaik buat masa ni, korang kena buat report pada Yoodo via live chat supaya mereka maklum tentang masalah ini. Sebab setiap kawasan berlainan kualiti network dari segi kekuatan pancaran dan kapasiti network tersebut. Dari situ pihak Yoodo akan failkan laporan anda pada pihak Celcom. Dari situ harap pihak Celcom akan ambil tindakan.

    Since you've already raised a ticket, Our tech team will look into it and reply accordingly. 

    There could be various reasons why it's so, but an excellent place to start is to check the network update directly for your location. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
