    I think Live Chat mean is APN.. you can follow the instructions on this link, APN setting for Android & IOS > https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/articles/360011712553-How-do-i-change-my-APN-settings-

    Yes, i have set it to yoodo, and show it to the live chat (by screenshot), still cannot

    I have contacted live chat many times, solution given the same, but problem not solved, at the end i have already back to Malaysia, so i could not "test" whether can work or not anymore

    Hi CHAI ING H1EN, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Roaming in Singapore should be no problem. Can you check again your APN setting? We give want more information from your side.

    yes i checked it is "yoodo", all in small letters, and i screenshot to live chat to confirm and they told me it's right

    Chai... Let me share you my real life experience.
    I just came back from Singapore. So, the trick is... 
    Set your APN to Yoodo. If it's not working, you may need to restart your device. I had no issue to activate my roaming (Android) but my daughter having issue with her device (iOS). After I set her APN to Yoodo, it's still not working. Decided to restart the device and voila, it works. Also, try to connect with Celcom roaming partner.
