For eligibility-related queries and appeals, please visit the BPR website (https://bpr.hasil.gov.my) or contact the BPR hotline (1800-88-2747). The upcoming window for BPR appeal will run from 15 June – 30 June 2021.

For any other matters related to your service and chosen service provider, please contact your chosen service provider directly.
