We’re sad that you’re thinking of leaving us but yes, you are allowed to de-register the line anytime. However, you can only redeem the benefits once in a calendar month either with Yoodo or another Service Provider. For example, if you have purchased the 20GB Prihatin Pass and redeemed the 2GB Prihatin Pass before you de-register your line with Yoodo, you won’t be getting another subsidy from other Service Providers for the same month.
Can I de-register my line for the Jaringan Prihatin initiative from Yoodo and continue with another Service Provider?
