I am on a 20GB for RM20 plan. What happens when my plan auto-renews after 1 December 2020?

    i dont change my plan on 1 dec 2020. (my cycle not due yet) That's mean i am not qualifiers for double promo..??

    Hi ADELI BIN NAWI. if you subscribe to Moster 2020 plan before 1dec.. it will still valid till your coming cycle.

    Then u will need to select the double plan that suite you in this new promo.

    Hope this explanation help.

    At least for me, the message is not obvious enough. The message in the email is at the bottom section, and most of Yoodo's email is for advertisement, not everyone has the time to read every email. Notification in the app only appears once for me, which should at least be the day before expiry as a warning. I don't follow their Facebook, and they can't expect customers to follow their Facebook as their primary means for notification, we have an app for that. I'm not in their WhatsApp or Telegram, same reason as Facebook. The best means of notifying customer is too use Push Notification from the app, but apparently it's not frequent enough. Also asking customers to"turn off" their auto renew is a bad suggestion. The main benefit of Yoodo was supposed to be auto renew, not renew manually every month. Maybe one way is for Yoodo to stop auto renew for customers if something like this may happen in the future.

    I suggested to broaden the way of notification, SMS is another good way too. Everyway in the form of notification should be implement to remind customer on the changes. Yoodo is a telco, SMS shouldnt be an issue to send out the notification. As MOHD FARIZ BIN ABU BAKAR said, push notification is a good suggestion.

    Yoodo used to be my option because of its affordable data with low price. Now they significantly increased their price. Gonna switch to other telco. Goodbye Yoodo. Apparently while other telco keep lowering price u on the other hand plans on increasing price. Bad decision.
