You don’t have to wait! You can change your plan right now, by clicking on “Renew/Change plan” on your Dashboard. Then, click on the “Change Plan” button at the bottom of the screen and start customising your new high-speed plan. Once you’re done with the customisation, make sure you click on “Change plan now” and your new plan will start immediately from that point.
I’ve tried Unlimited but now I want to change back to the normal, high speed plan. Can I do it now or do I have to wait till my plan expires?

I’ve changed to the unlimited 6Mbps today but I find it too slow, if I change it back to the normal /high speed non unlimited plan, does it mean that I’ll be double charged today?

Hi I've purchased 42rm for my plan but i did not purchased the vouce call and i choose other item..until in become 32.86rm..they less money in my atm but the plan never get..then suddenly they less 77.26rm for another plan that i never purchased what happened on your service??and suddenly i want to change plan to 32.86rm again for update nxt month but suddenly the plan they youre service less that 77.26rm alrdy no more..its almost 133rm alrdy less on my atm with nonsense plan..please help for this matter..
