if i buy add-on for netflix, and watch netflix on laptop using hotspot, will it reduce my hotspot data or add-on data?

my data usage not change when i renew plan. i use limited data. it's normal? because everytime i renew the plan, it will go to 0.

Not sure if I understand the question correctly, but yes everytime you renew the plan, your data bucket (looks like donut) will reset. Regardless of what you have, your new plan overides that and will show the current value that you bought.
