Utk unlimited data plan ni, ada tak capping usage? Contoh mcm plan maxis prepaid yg unlimited, once usage reach 50gb/month, speed akan kena cap. Speed before reach 50gb, 5mbps. But once reach 50gb dia capped 512kbps
May I know this unlimited plan suitable for portable modem? If I use it in a modem does it count as hotspot quota or unlimited quota?

Excellent question, thanks for seeking clarification instead of jumping to conclusions, the best kind indeed!
So yes, our Care team is correct, all these articles are correct; Yoodo doesn't have FUP (at least at this moment of writing this comment).
What this means, is that unlike most, or all telco's, we don't set a block number (eg. 50GB or 100GB) as FUP limit for the service, which if you exceed, it will be reduced to xx speed.
On Yoodo, if you purchase our Unlimited Plan, you can use it at the speed you purchased for, until your plan expires; even if your usage has exceeded say 50Gb or 100Gb. Infact, I've seen ridiculous usage numbers being shared! Don't even know what these guys watch! haha but yea, you can search for Yoodo Unlimited on social, and probably see some of these examples.
Having said that, these clauses are there, cause they Can happen. Yoodo is a hybrid MVNO, we don't have our own Network, we're on Celcom's Ultra Wide 4G LTE Coverage. The Network Operator reserves the right to FUP in any form, at any time as per the clause details you shared. There could be many reasons for these such as congestion at the location or at a particular time, wrongful usage of service, testing, upgrades/repairs and many other reasons. These are governed by MCMC as well.
So, can it happen? Yes, as explained above.
Will it happen for sure? No, as in Yoodo Unlimited doesn't have a cap for its customers unlike other Telcos.
As a consumer, at any time you can get in touch with MCMC should you feel the need to do so, we've always been as transparent as it can be with our customers here.

It's neither! Yoodo is a new hybrid of prepaid and postpaid mobile. What this means is that it has all the functionality and monthly features of a postpaid plan, combined with all the flexibility and easy payment options of a prepaid plan. So no, Yoodo are not a prepaid service, aren’t postpaid either.

Tak wajib beli add-on, tapi kalau nak tambah pun boleh. Dengan add-ons tersebut cik dapat menggunakannya data kelajuan yang tinggi, ikut addon apa yang cik langgan.

Hi nur tiada speed cap untuk Yoodo untuk pengunaan. Cuma kalau ikut plan 3 atau 6 Mbps yang dipilih...
saya ada add on utk insta 20gb rm5 , akan tetapi yang saya pelik, apabila saya main instagram, data pada instagtam itu tidak turun, malah dia turun pada data yg kita sedia ada beli, jadi boleh pihak tuan jelaskan

Can yoodo explain this?
Because if YOODO customer live said "Tiada" means do not have FUP at all.
This will make cunsumers to sue yoodo
