Hello, why my port in request was rejected by my current service provider. What should i do ?
Hi. I've changed my mobile device recently and requested an eSIM replacement. I have yet to receive any email for the QR code. Can please check as it has been 2 weeks already. Thanks.

You may need to contact Yoodo via live chat. Just go to Yoodo website and scroll to the bottom and feom there you can see Live Chat button.

Hi NUR AMALIN NADYRA BINTI OMAR, contact old telco and ask why your port in rejected and then try again port in to Yoodo.

Simcard anak sy hilang..tadi sy dh chat dekat live chat..dia suruh sy dapatkn new simcard then huat replacement card tapi tak boleh..failed..takkan nk buat suspended..nanti plan yg lama semua hilang kan..takkan kena buat plan baru
Salam Izhar, yup anda kena 'supend line'. Untuk suspend line boleh dibuat via Yoodo app atau hubungi Yoodo via live chat.
JANGAN terminate. Kalau terminate line akan deactivate. Hanya suspend line dan lepas tu buat SIM replacement. Kalau nak proses cepat, boleh dapatkan Yoodo SIM di mana mana 99speedmart. Jika tak kena order SIM dan tunggu pihak Yoodo hantar SIM yang baru.
Ye encik zaidee..sy dah try suspend line still failed jugak..saya dh beli sim baru..mcm mana kalo sy nk no lama?plan lama mcm mana pulak?
