    You may need to contact Yoodo via live chat. Just go to Yoodo website and scroll to the bottom and feom there you can see Live Chat button.

    Bukan tak boleh order sim baru. Okey mcm ni. Nombor lama saya dah terminated. Okey. Pastu saya nak topup tapi dpt nombor baru yg saya tak de pun sim tuh. Pastu saya order laa sim baru. Lepas dah sampai tuh. Saya buat replace sim. Tapi tak boleh

    Simcard anak sy hilang..tadi sy dh chat dekat live chat..dia suruh sy dapatkn new simcard then huat replacement card tapi tak boleh..failed..takkan nk buat suspended..nanti plan yg lama semua hilang kan..takkan kena buat plan baru

    Salam Izhar, yup anda kena 'supend line'. Untuk suspend line boleh dibuat via Yoodo app atau hubungi Yoodo via live chat.
    JANGAN terminate. Kalau terminate line akan deactivate. Hanya suspend line dan lepas tu buat SIM replacement. Kalau nak proses cepat, boleh dapatkan Yoodo SIM di mana mana 99speedmart. Jika tak kena order SIM dan tunggu pihak Yoodo hantar SIM yang baru.
