- Click ‘Change’ on your Yoodo App homescreen
- Click on ‘Change Plan’
- Customise the plan that you want
- Confirm the plan that you have customized
- After confirming, you will be given the option to ‘Change plan now’ or ‘Change plan in # days’ (# is the number of days left for your current plan).
- If you choose to renew now, you have to acknowledge that all your Data/Voice/SMS will be forfeited.

Why i can’t change plan now?
Hi, does the forfeiture of Data include the add on plans that were bought during the subscription of the old plan?
