Renew Anytime allows users to renew their base plan anytime, anywhere instead of having to wait for the end of their 30-day cycle. However, all your remaining balances will not be carried forward and will be overwritten. There will be no refund for your previous plan.

Here's my opinion..
Allow users up to 72 hours from date & time of renewal/purchase to modify their plan with partial refund OR top up.
Example 1: I purchased the 20GB at RM35, but after 12hrs, or before the time limit, I decide I prefer/need more data. Then I simply top up the difference in price to get the data I need.
So from 20GB at RM35, I change to 200GB, since I paid RM35, I just top up RM63 to get the 200GB.
Example 2: And the other way round, I bought 200GB for RM98, but decided I want 60GB for RM58.. Okay, maybe not refund full RM40, but maybe like 15-50% of the difference? So refund about RM6-RM20?
Example 3: I bought unlimited 3Mbps at RM35, but want to get the high-speed 20GB for RM35. Just submit request, and since same price, no need to top up. Okay maybe small processing fee, or not.
I bought unlimited 3Mbps at RM35, why charge data 40GB at RM45
