VoLTE is mobile devices and network dependent. Mobile devices need to be updated with the latest software version and within 4G coverage. All latest mobile devices sold via their official manufacturer stores in Malaysia are enabled with VoLTE. Alternatively, check with your phone manufacturer to confirm VoLTE compatibility.

Request Volte to be available for pixel 4a (4g) too. I mean pixel 3XL got it. shouldn't it make sense any new device after that would be supported too ?
VoLTE pada LGV50 ThinQ saya masih tidak aktif walaupun sudah masuk hari kedua saya aktifkan sim ini. Mungkin saya sudah tertipu dengan senarai peranti yang sesuai dengan volte Yoodo ini. Amat mengecewakan.

Jika model-model peranti yang masih belum tersedia menerima perkhidmatan VoLTE ini, sepatutnya pihak Yoodo menukar tajuk kepada "Senarai Penuh peranti yang BAKAL (tidak tahu bila) menyokong VoLTE". Cukup-cukuplah pihak-pihak telco nak menipu dan memutar belitkan dalam iklan-iklan mereka. Saya penat.
Please add support for Pixel 5 as well, since Pixel 3 and Pixel 5a have it, shouldn't the newer device supported as well?
do research on the phone model only post the PDF file lah...my asus zenfone 8 flip not support but on thr pdf file say support...have yoodo technical team test before post?
Wow Yoodo just updated their supported device list and now a lot of phones have been removed from the list. This includes all Google Pixel devices.

boleh jadi mereka buat ujian selepas keluarkan senarai pertama haritu. bila peranti tersebut tidak boleh menggunakan perkhidmatan volte mereka, maka baru dikeluarkan dari senarai. 🤣🤣🤣

Senarai awal yg diberi tu cuma taktik marketing je. Mana mungkin phone import yg tak rasmi di Malaysia boleh bukak volte. Saya guna LG v50 yg tersenarai sebelum ni, yoodo dah bukak volte, tetapi phone itu sendiri tak benarkan guna volte region Malaysia.
i don't understand. i am using nokia 6 where volte is available using telco like digi, unifi, yes.
but yoodo/celcom is similar like maxis: only certain devices can enable volte.
the question is WHY?
why devices already volte enabled but not supported by you?
are you some kind of marketing agent which only certified a device that you only "supported"?

Not sure with Nokia 6, however you can contact Yoodo customer service and inform them of the issue for that phone model ... hope that helps.
