It's been so long already and 63839 is still not implemented.
Why not have a temporary option to send charged sms paid by user instead of blocking everyone from their bank services.

Same here, we prefer to be able to send such shortcode SMS at our own cost rather than none at all. Very disappointed. I just ported in yesterday. :((
