My porting request has been denied. what happen when i port out my number after 6 hours? Do i have to go back to the telco that i want to port in to submit the request?
Don't forget to check your email. Yoodo will send Port out email not sms.
Not so sure MOHAMAD RAZIFBNOMAR. Contact Yoodo live chat first to correct you name. Then go to your new telco to apply mnp. Takut nanti port out reject sebab nama tak sama dengan kad pengenalan.
Try to live chat to check why your port out rejected. Do you reply port out email from Yoodo? Reply email using chrome browser.
I have 3 yoodo number under 1 account. I need to port out 1 of ot. Is it considered as a sub-line or can i just port it out like normal?
Hi SIN KEY TECK, i think you need active plan if your want port out from Yoodo. You can port out before your current plan end. Or you can buy only sms plan rm3 and apply for mnp at your new telco.

Cuba hubungi yoodo livechat untuk betulkan nama lepas tu Cuba lagi untuk port out MUHAMMAD ALIFF HAZIQBIN TARMIZI. Haziq Dan Bin tu takda jarak. Boleh pergi semula ke telco baru until ulang semula prose's Port in.
