I want to port out, what is the process to do so?

    I got the port out email and I clicked ‘Yes’. Then it says ‘Your port-out request has been acknowledged’. So does this mean it’s successful or have to wait for another confirmation?

    Not very sure because never experience before.. btw, you can get advices with Yoodo Customer support regarding this portability process ya.
