Salam Mohd Aznor, jika Yoodo wallet sudah mempunyai amount yang cukup mengikut pelan pilihan anda, hanya perlu buka Yoodo app
Yoodo app > menu > Activate a SIM > Physical SIM / eSIM > Take picture or insert your SIM 18 digit number > Choose your plan (make sure to disable add on if your plan have no data in it) > > I want this plan > Choose your number (either from current number/ choose new number)

Do contact Yoodo Customer service to make correction of your ic name/number/address
1- Open this link 👉: https://support.yoodo.com.my/hc/en-us/requests/new
2- Fill in the form regarding the portability issues > Subject, Description...
3- Contact reason > choose related issue/complaint
4- Submit.
Yoodo support teams will reply you tomorrow thru email.
