Pay for your plan.
You will receive an email with a QR code in it. Scan the QR code via your device settings (Settings > Mobile Data > Add Data Plan). For Android phones, the actual steps may differ. Please refer to your phone's manual or contact our Live Chat for help.

SUHARDI BIN CHE SELIMEN dah reply port out sms telco lama? Boleh cek email yg dguna masa register akaun Yoodo. Akan ada pemberitahuan sekiranya port in ke Yoodo gagal. Boleh hubungi Yoodo Live chat kat bawah.
Yoodo Guest are you port in to Yoodo? Mnp will take 1 - 3 working days to complete. But if you select new number, it will active after you complete the activation process.

What does it mean by port in? This is a new sim with new number.
Hi Yoodo Guest, port in is keep your number form old telco to Yoodo.
This is not a port in as this is a new phone with no telco previously.
