Everything is done in the app. Under the main menu, go to Activate a SIM > select eSIM > Replace an existing SIM
This also applies if you have lost your device using eSIM and need a replacement eSIM.
I’m currently on a physical SIM but I would like to switch to an eSIM using my existing line. How do I do it?

Hey team, it has been over a month since eSIM was offered, exclusively for new sign ups only. What is stopping you guys from opening it up to existing users? After all, during the test phase, it was the existing users whom were part of the trial. So what is the showstopper now? This feature is very useful to me as it allows me to have my personal and business number in the same phone. Would be great if you could get this rolled out sooner than later.
Im still waiting for the esim conversion for existing customer.. Taking quite a long time now. XOX already implemented esim for existing customer and port in customer

Yes, now existing users can switch from physical SIM to eSim! Just head to AppStore and download the latest Yoodo app (V2.2.2). Then go to Activate a SIM, choose eSIM and follow the onscreen instructions. I just changed mine! Yooho! Yoodo!

I’ve updated the yoodo app today and switched my physical yoodo SIM to eSIM. It was confusing at first as both lines on my XR appeared to be tagged to my yoodo number (primary was phone, sms; secondary was data). I figured it’s due to the physical SIM still inside the phone during the switch.
So just turn the phone off, remove the SIM and when you turn the phone back on, all of plans (phone, text, data, add-ons) will appear for the eSIM alone. Good luck!

Yesss. Managed to switch to esim. But please make sure you have active internet or wifi once ur activating the esim cause ur sim card would be deactivated immediately and without wifi esim cant be activated.
does that mean that I could NOT use the same number and plan for both my phone and ipad?
