Should be coming soon to Google Pixel devices and other Android devices. 0 Comment actions Permalink SEE GUO LIN June 21, 2019 23:32 Please bring eSIM support to Google Pixel devices. 1 Comment actions Permalink theJeff Community Manager June 22, 2019 09:17 Hi SEE GUO LIN, this is not dependent on Yoodo but Google itself. Many of the Pixel phones in Malaysia are from regions that Google didn't open (locked) their eSIMs for. When they officially open it for Malaysia, you can straight away use it as our backend systems is setup for all phones that support it :) 1 Comment actions Permalink MIOR RUZAINI BINMOHD TAHIR July 14, 2019 05:01 Realme 3 pro support esim from tunetalk...can it be use with yoodoo? 1 Comment actions Permalink theJeff Community Manager July 15, 2019 08:00 Hi MIOR RUZAINI BINMOHD TAHIR you can always try it out, officially the ones listed are the ones we've gotten info from manufacturer :) 1 Comment actions Permalink EARIE BIN MADIUS Superuser July 15, 2019 22:14 My Xiaomi Redmi 5 is supposed to support e-sim but only with durian man app. I didn't try Yoodo e-sim on my phone because of the fear I might brick my phone he he 0 Comment actions Permalink MUHAMMAD ZAIN AL'AMIRUDDINBIN MD ZIN September 05, 2019 03:32 Hi, recently Google released the new Android 10, and I've been able to add Yodoo esim thru my QR code. However, it recognises the network to be not activated. They said that giving my EID number can help to activate the service. Can anyone assist me on this issue? 1 Comment actions Permalink theJeff Community Manager September 05, 2019 04:35 Hi MUHAMMAD ZAIN AL'AMIRUDDINBIN MD ZIN, from Network side there's nothing we can do further to activate an eSm. It's already made available, especially on those devices mentioned, just using the normal activation process it will activate it. Our last check was that Google didn't unlock the features for this region for Pixel yet, not sure if anything is changed on this but if we get official notice, will definitely update the device list above :) 0 Comment actions Permalink SEE GUO LIN September 05, 2019 04:51 Edited Hi @Zain, Mind sharing which region is your Pixel 3 originated from? Mine's from HK but I haven't tried activating eSIM. 0 Comment actions Permalink MUHAMMAD ZAIN AL'AMIRUDDINBIN MD ZIN September 05, 2019 06:16 @See Guo Lin mine is from Canada.
