    Guess the settings didn't work, I only managed to get 3g throughout my trip here in BKK. How I wish I didn't purchase this roam like home plan. A waste of $$

    Hi LEE SZE CHYUAN, if you're getting a network means it's working. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to access roaming at all. 

    As for the Network strength, this really depends on area and the backend arrangements. I'm currently roaming in Philippines, it's also 3G, but that's just how the network in this area is.

    Hello Jeff, AIS has the largest coverage in Bangkok, I don't think this is how the coverage in my area should be, furthermore my wife who is right next to me is using a AIS tourist sim , and she is getting 4g signal. I'm pretty sure it was the configuration that force us to stay on 3g only

    hi LEE SZE CHYUAN, if it isn't the coverage then it could be the roaming agreement for those areas, we have the same Roaming contracts as Celcom as it's shared. If you've already got in touch with our agents, they'd be able to get details for you once they check it.

    Is it work on ios 12.1.3 also? I had installed it but look like nothing change. The signal still showing CELCOM not YOODO, and the profile shows “ not signed”.

    Thank you for the file. it works. 

    download in safari, it will say profile saved in settings.

    then go to settings app, look at the top area of the list, there will be a new entry, can't remember the exact name, profile something.

    tap it, it will say profile not sign, install anyway. after that turnoff wifi, test wether mobile data via roaming is working or not (send a instant message or browse any website. then go yoodo app and see the roaming pass, if it says (-23.xx hours remaining) instead of (please activate in xx days) means it's working.

     

    but if you roam more than 1 day, you will need to download and install the profile each time the roaming cycle renew.

     

    Yoodo if you're listening, please link this page in the yoodo app itself for ios users. otherwise your roaming plan is a nightmare to use.

    Hi, mine is 12.2 version. Had successfully installed the profile but the network still appeared to be Celcom. As for now the internet does working and the datas are decreasing. Only that it still showing Celcom. Hopefully that Celcom wouldn't continue charging me as I was a Celcom postpaid plan user before changing to Yoodo🤷🏻‍♀️

    Hi SHALLY TAN BINTI MOHAMADRAFAIEE, no worries ok..i guarante it will not effecting your previous celcom postpaid..actually the APN are used for enabling the roaming & to use your domestic Yoodo plans quota via the Yoodo RLH 2.0 pass.

    Was Roaming in Singapore with Yoodo and for only Rm10 , it was perfect. managed to get triple roaming passes on all my devices while being able to use my home data. Stellar network and strength entire time. 4g non stop as Yoodo's partners included M1 and... starhub. but M1 was the bomb. haha. but just curious, as im not too sure what iOS i was on during my trip to SG on April 16. So Jeff, does this apply to iOS 12.2 users too?

    Ok I figured out the problem. After install profile have to switch to manual networking and click on each telco here to search for data,(some telco here is not data provided)after you get data , back to Yoodo apps and confirm roaming you subscribe is “active”,and you can switch back to auto networking after that.
