What would happen to my unused data quota at the end of my plan duration?

    Hi Faizal..data, sms, call quotas are valid for the 30 day monthly plan duration. There's no carry forward of balance.

    It's fair to say that what yoodo is offering, is a flexible plan. With booster in mind, you can easily just purchase what is necessary and roughly enough data or credit to use.
    The first few months might be a trial for you to gauge your expenses and usage.
    From then on, you yourself should know how much you should spend on data and calls.
    So, start your budget from there.

    My account might be glitching? I have 17.6 gb out of 15 gb. There's no carrying forward previous month's quota, is there?

    It's because you get extra 3GB this month for free as compensation for the outage that happened in March.

    If it's not, then it might be your lucky month 😉

    why i didn't get the 3gb compensation for last month service interruption? I thought will get it on next billing cycle?
    Or it would not show out ?

    Hi Ng Wan LN, informed that the free 3gb data will be automatically credited and displayed on your Yoodo dashboard usage balance section. Nevertheless, if you previously did not subscribe to any data plan, please note it won't be reflected in the usage balance in the app.

    Hi NG WAN LN , everyone got it automatically on their cycle. This was live for 30 from the day we announced the compensation, and that 30 days is now over, so there won't be anymore free 3Gb added for renewals :)

    Ok, so which means if i didnt purchase any data for my current cycle i will still get the 3gb but it does not show out ? Cause my current plan renewed last week and i didnt purchase for data, and it shows nothing for the data balance , so i not sure if i received the 3gb or not

    Try to do a speed test or watch a YouTube video on your mobile data to see if you have any high speed data?
    By the way, since it doesn't show in the doughnut, you will have to track the usage of your mobile data using a 3rd party app or the built in data usage counter of your phone.
